Brian M. Melber, Partner

Experience

Mr. Melber was a founding partner in the firm in 2002. From 1997 to 2001, he served as an associate at Brown & Kelly, LLP. His experience includes trials and appeals in both criminal and civil matters as well as Federal and New York State courts.

Associations & Memberships

Mr. Melber is a member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations, and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association. Currently, he is a Director of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Counsel, and a Trustee of Buffalo Seminary. He is a past President of the SUNY at Buffalo Law Alumni Association, a past Member of the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Erie County, and a past Director of the Buffalo-Niagara Brewers Association.

Presentations or Publications

For more than fifteen years, Mr. Melber has been an instructor and adjunct professor at the SUNY at Buffalo School of Law, teaching trial technique and advanced trial technique.
